1. Revenue Streams: 
   1. Cultivation of Cannabis: 12-acre TKI Campus has a capacity of 6000 plants permitted per regulation, that converts to $2.4M value crop at $400 minimum per plant (x6000 count)
   2. Extraction Sales: By processing the 6000 plants into extractions the facility produces a value of $15M, proposing a median value of $2,500 per plant in extractions - at minimum, that is $0.035 cent per milligram. many variables apply, generally, our product is superior by being consistent, full spectrum, and efficiently delivered. And can easily achieve premium prices above >$0.05 cents per mg.
   3. Outsourced Processing: If, a cultivator wants to process 1,000 plants, that he/she can sell for $2.5M wholesale price as a high quality extraction, how much should the costs be from our processor? 1,000 plants would cost $400K wholesale minimum to cultivate, that leaves $2M for processing and overhead costs, as well as profit. Would a $400K processing service charge apply to this example?
